What can I learn from my AS project?

I came out with a B from As media, so IMO it was pretty successful. The main difference this year is the length of the video, with converts into an increased work load.
Instead of working solo, like with my AS coursework, I am now in a group of 3. Enough people so that we can more easily distribute the workload, whilst not being too large that any individual loses creative control.
Another important thing I have learned is to be both organised and time efficient, whilst still being flexible enough to work around any hiccoughs. We are a 0 budget production so we really can't rely on anybody being 100% dependable.
So to get around this, we have to have backup plans for pretty much everything. Spare cast members, props & equipment.
